Whilst we all want a car with 'perfect' paintwork we have to recognise that this is often difficult to achieve given that we buy our cars to drive and not to sit and look at in a showroom. Inevitably the paintwork will pick up defects of varying degrees over time, and one of the main defects that can result in the vehicle paintwork becoming unsightly is the presence of swirls and scratches in the paints clear coat. At Apex we are able to carry out the assessment of a vehicles paint and identify the defects and correct them through the application of appropriate multi stage polishing techniques. So the good news is that your cars paint can look significantly better than the day it was applied.

Should you require Apex's paint correction detail, the process will include the following procedures:

• Preparation of the vehicle with full wash and decontamination, including all paint and glass.

• Once clean and dry a full visual inspection and assessment of the vehicle will be undertaken 

• The vehicle assessment process will be recorded using a mixture of video and still photography

• Paint depths recorded for entire vehicle

• The vehicle will be masked off in preparation for the polishing process

• Entire vehicle polished using a multi-stage approach to first cut and eliminate the defects and then a finishing stage to provide a deep and glossy look to the paintwork.

• Upon completion the paint will be finished with sealant/wax/ceramic/hydrophobic coatings of the customers choice. ** These process may involve an additional charge.
